Start N Grill is a young French company, founded in 2020, that has developed and patented a revolutionary electric ignition system for charcoal barbecues.
We integrate this technological invention into every barbecue we make so that the ignition process and the product's use are tested and controlled.
The principle is simple: we remove the pain of lighting a charcoal barbecue; no more kindling, all kinds of fire starters, starter blocks... one press of the ignition button and in less time than it takes to say the embers are ready. The original idea was to bring back the urge to cook with coals by making ignition as easy to operate as a gas or electric barbecue.
It is now possible to regain that authentic stewed or smoked flavor that was so missed when time was lacking. A barbecue during your lunch break? No problem!
For this new version - SNG Evolution - the design has been redesigned by integrating all feedback and suggestions from our customers and early loyal users.
We simplified the ignition system to make it ever quieter. The barbecue itself has been completely changed (it gave us a twist!) to adopt the most popular format among grillers, the kettle model.
The materials chosen for the design are the most robust, durable, easy to use and maintain; what good is it to start your barbecue in 3 minutes if you have to spend 45 minutes cleaning it after each use?

Unique patented system
Electric system for a standard outlet (230 V) (only needed for the ignition phase)
A simple press of the button starts a heating cycle of 2.30 min. You can interrupt it at any time by pressing the button again.
Shipping policy
Standard orders (parcels up to 20 kg) placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day and usually delivered within one day.
Orders placed on workdays before 8:00 AM are placed and sent to a private address (parcels up to 20 kg) are often delivered the same evening.
