Compridis attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We make every effort to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Compridis in all cases complies with the applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we at least:
- Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided; these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
- Limit the processing of your personal data to only the data that is minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
- Request your explicit consent if we need it for the processing of your personal data;
- Have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the security of your personal data is guaranteed;
- Do not pass on personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the purposes for which they were provided;
- Are aware of your rights regarding your personal data, will point these out to you and will respect them.
As Compridis we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. If, after reading our Privacy Policy, or more generally, you have questions about this or wish to contact us, you can do so via the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Processing of personal data of customers or suppliers
Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Administrative purposes;
- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
- Carrying out or issuing an assignment.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The agreed assignment;
For the purposes above, Compridis may ask you for the following personal data:
- First name;
- Insertion (tussenvoegsel);
- Last name;
- Address;
- (Business) Phone number;
- (Business) E-mail address;
- VAT no;
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
- For the duration of the agreement (including the term of any product warranty provided by Compridis) and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers
Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Informing the person by means of news messages.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The newsletter subscription form;
For the purposes above, Compridis may ask you for the following personal data:
- First name;
- Insertion (tussenvoegsel);
- Last name;
- E-mail address.
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
- For as long as one is subscribed.
Processing of personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties
Personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- Oral consent, handing over a business card and/or via connection on LinkedIn;
For the purposes above, Compridis may ask you for the following personal data:
- First name;
- Insertion (tussenvoegsel);
- Last name;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address.
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
- For as long as one is considered a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.
Processing of personal data of employees
Personal data of employees are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Performance of the employment contract.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The employment contract.
For the purposes above, Compridis may ask you for the following personal data:
- First name;
- Insertion (tussenvoegsel);
- Last name;
- Address;
- City;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
- Date of birth;
- Salary data;
- Copy of ID;
- BSN number;
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing(s) for the period:
- For as long as one has a contract and thereafter only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Disclosure to third parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the purposes described above.
For example we use a third party for:
- Providing the internet environment of the AVG program;
- Providing the (financial) administration;
- Providing newsletters and invitations.
We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we of course make the necessary agreements to guarantee the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not disclose the data you have provided to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are then obliged to hand over this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.
Within the EU
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years old) if written consent has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name, place of residence and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to request clarification of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data only for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of the service; we have given WebwinkelKeur permission to do so. All of the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Retention period
Compridis does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures;
- All persons who can access your data on behalf of Compridis are bound to confidentiality.
- We apply a username and password policy on all our systems;
- We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data where appropriate;
- We make backups of the personal data to be able to restore them in case of physical or technical incidents;
- We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
- Our employees have been informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify or delete the personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you provided transferred by us to yourself or, at your request, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
If we may process your personal data based on consent you have given, you always have the right to withdraw that consent.
Cookies
This website uses “cookies” (text files placed on your computer) to make the website function properly and to make it more user-friendly for you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website may be transferred to Compridis' own secure servers or those of a third party.
