This Bluetooth variant uses your phone’s connection. The LTE version can also make calls/browse independently via an eSIM.
No, a power adapter is not included by default, but the charging cable is included.

Shipping policy
Standard orders (parcels up to 20 kg) placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day and are usually delivered within one day.
Orders placed on working days before 08:00 and shipped to a residential address (parcels up to 20 kg) are often delivered the same evening.
