Return and reimbursement policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have another 14 days after cancellation to send your product back.
You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs.
Returning your order is completely free. To use the free returns service, you must use the return label provided to you by Compridis. Returns at your own expense will not be reimbursed.
If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this reduction in value to you. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
Registering your order for return (delivered with UPS, Trunkrs or DPD) is easy via our returns portal with the tracking number of the delivery and your postcode. Please note: do not use an order number.
To return large or heavy products, or if your delivered product has a (technical) problem, please contact customer service first via the contact form stating your order number.
